The Center for World Indigenous Studies website contains an extensive range of primary documents relating to issues of sovereignty, tribal law, human rights issues.
Institute of American Indian Studies (University of South Dakota)
Links to archival resources, tribe/nation websites, and museums. Special emphasis on the Great Sioux Nations.
Mystery of the Maya (Canadian Museum of Civilization)
Information linked to 1995 display at the Canadian Museum of Civilization which provides a thorough introduction to Mayan history and culture. French and English versions available. Somewhat dated presentation, but still relevant information, materials, and resources.
The Indians/Native Americans portion of the National Archives website contains links to Native American History resources. These include many primary source materials.
Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian
Provides many online educational resources that are native centered by prioritizing the voices of native people, both past and present. The museum has two locations, one in D.C. and another in New York City, this website combines resources from both and presents online exhibitions in conjuncture with those offered at both sites.
