Attribution & Fair Use: Copyright in Open Education

This helpful video from Abbey Elder, explains the basics of attribution versus citation, fair use as it relates to open education, and how to link to content within your work. Having a firm understanding of the differences and the fair use standards will help you in selecting materials for your OER and making sure you follow the guidelines properly.
